Administrative and Business

Human Resources – Manages functions from hiring an employee to his or her departure from the University, including employee workload and payroll functions.

Procurement – Supports the procurement functions occurring in day-to-day business operations.

Grants Management – Supervises the application, award, budget tracking and closing of a grant, as well as financial transactions related to the grants the University receives.

Budget Control and Planning – Supports the creation, execution, and management of budgets.

Asset Management – Supports the whole life management of the University’s physical assets (including facilities.)

Analytics and Reporting –Provides tools needed to retrieve data in order to make wiser and quicker decisions.

Data Repository –  Builds the database infrastructure in order to collect, manage, and store data sets for data analysis, sharing and reporting.


Constituent Relationship Management (CRM)

Centralizes the communications, relationships, and reporting processes for external audiences including prospective students, current students, alumni and donors.


Student Lifecycle

Recruitment – Takes care of recruiting cycle from prospects level and leads to Admissions.

Academic Foundation Administers academic planning, course catalog, course schedule, faculty workload, including Academic Affairs activities.

On-boarding and Enrollment – Supervises students’ on-boarding process and supports automated high volume enrollment process.

Student Records Management – Oversees all aspects of student information, including students’ personal and academic information.

Academic Advising & Career – Supports the planning and academic advising process as well as schedules and appointments.

Fundraising and Alumni engagement – Manages Alumni relations and fundraising activities.

Learning Management – Supports the teaching and learning process, course administrations.

Analytics and Reporting – Provides the tools required to retrieve data in order to make decisions more efficiently.


Facility Management System

Enables to manage our entire repair and maintenance program.

With a robust facilities management platform, we can perform a range of functions related to ongoing maintenance and repair, including asset management, commercial contractor sourcing and compliance, work order fulfillment, preventive maintenance scheduling, invoicing, and data analytics.
